What if your AI answered only to you?

AI on your side.

Net Privity builds technology that acts for you, and for no one else. It checks with you before making any decision that matters.

Here's what loyalty looks like.

AI designed to serve your interests.

AI that recommends what's right for you, not what only serves the company's bottom line.

AI that is transparent and avoids conflicts of interest.

We intend to give consumers a healthy alternative to today's ungoverned AI models in the form of fiduciary AI. With fiduciary AI, underlying companies are held accountable, and that in turn fosters authentic trust.

Other AI may claim it works for you, but who does it actually serve?

Technology no longer just answers your questions. It acts for you: reading your inbox, cancelling things, signing you up.

people who use AI have already let it act for them without a final sign-off.1 That's a lot of trust, handed over on a promise.

¹ Menlo Ventures, 2026: The State of Consumer AI (September 2026): in a July 2026 survey of 5,067 US adults conducted with Morning Consult, 32% of AI users had let AI act on their behalf without final approval.

The question isn't who can see your data. It's who your AI answers to.

A promise in an ad or a settings screen can change tomorrow. So we went further than a promise. Net Privity owes the people it serves real obligations by embedding fiduciary duties into our company DNA.

We protect you, asking only for what we need to serve you.

We act for you faithfully, with no hidden agendas.

Not just as a promise. The way we are established as a corporation.

Privity Sweep

Our first app. Small on purpose.

Subscriptions are easy to start and easy to forget.

Privity Sweep finds the ones you're paying for,

shows you what each one costs,

and helps you cancel the ones you don't use.

It doesn't link your bank.

We collect only the data that is necessary to serve you as our customer.

Your subscription details stay on your phone. Nothing leaves it unless you've seen exactly what's going out and said yes.

While in beta our product will remain free to use. When we launch, this still won't include any ads, no profiling, no cut of what you save. No one will pay us to point you anywhere.

We plan to grow Net Privity to include a suite of fiduciary AI services. Stay tuned.

Our bet: trust is the better business.

The issue has always been whether a tech company will actually put 'trust' first. We intend to prove that it should, and that it can be done successfully.

Trust compounds.

When you know your AI is on your side, you are willing to share more and therefore be better served by AI. Businesses built on stealing your attention for advertising revenue must resort to manipulative tactics to keep users engaged.

When you're sure that AI is truly (and legally) on your side, you're empowered to share, knowing everything you share works on behalf of you.

That's not a cost we carry. It's how we grow, and it's an advantage a business built on capturing your data cannot imitate.

We do better when you do better.

What's next: a suite of fiduciary AI consumer apps that act on your behalf, each built with the same obligations. Privity Sweep is our first.

Net Privity is a for-profit, consumer-facing proof-of-concept company, born out of GliaNet, the nonprofit founded by Richard Whitt, that specializes in the Embedded Fiduciary Governance framework; the two are separate legal entities. Although they share leadership, Net Privity receives no special treatment from GliaNet. GliaNet's work is intended to be open source and available to all.
